Well it has been three weeks since I have started my new position in Switzerland and I can say it is cold as advertized. My first weekend I went skiing at Melchsee Fruit on the heaviest snow day Switzerland has experienced in seventy years. Pretty fun.

Overall I hope Switzerland will be a very exciting experience for Erika, our adopted child and me. Eventhough I am keeping busy at work, I really miss being with Erika. I am counting the days when we can both experience Switzerland.

In the picture I went walking on a very nice day in the city of Zug. Zug is the capital city in the canton of Zug which is also one of Switzerland's smallest canton. It was a very 'nice' day in Switzerland where the weather was in the low '40s. I even unzipped my jacket and sweater. The scarf stays on however.

I plan on taking German lessons pretty soon and look forward to warmer weather in Switzerland. I am eagerly anticipating our referral announcement and our travel to China. I also want to thank everyone for their comments and support during this process. If you want to e-mail me please send it to: rene.guerrero@gmail.com.

Take care,
Rene
